こんにちは。Disfruteです。

昼間は春の暖かさ

朝晩との気温差が大変です。

脱毛が始まる頃、頭皮に
ピリピリとした感じを受ける方が
多いです。

このピリピリが出てくると
そろそろ脱毛が始まるサイン。

この時期は頭皮も弱く、とても敏感になって
います。シャンプーは刺激の少ない
ノンシリコンタイプや
赤ちゃん用、敏感肌用が望ましいです。

シャンプーはよく泡立てから頭へ

指の腹で優しく洗ってくださいね。

脱毛中にシャンプーを頭のところで
泡立ててしまうと脱毛した毛が
抜けていない毛に絡んでしまうことも。

赤ちゃん用のシャンプーでは
泡で出てくるものもあるので
手軽に使えるかもしれません。

また入浴前にブラシで
脱毛した髪を取り除くのも
絡むのを防ぎます。

また治療後の髪が再生される時期も
頭皮は敏感です。

白髪やくせ毛が気になるかと
思いますが、パーマやカラーは
避けなければいけません。

寒い時期は頭皮も乾燥しますし
これからの暑い時期は汗を
かきます。
頭皮は傷つきやすく治りにくく
なっていますので
爪は短く切り優しくお手入れが
鉄則ですよ。
